Stoney Hill offers stunning views

Stoney Hill is an easy hike that offers stunning views of Samsun Narrows and Saltspring Island.

Stoney Hill is a regional park with a scenic 3.7 km loop trail that starts and ends at the parking lot.
The trail winds its way through the forest with initial peeks of the scene below, then opens up into a wide rocky windswept area showing the stunning vistas below.

There are lots of opportunities for photo ops on this trail, which is easy enough for anyone to walk.
When you go on a sunny day, you will be treated to amazing views.

It does live up to its name of being a stoney hill.  After the views, the trail leads through a lush mossy forested area back to the parking lot.
